Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct costing and estimation for construction projects, ensuring financial feasibility and cost control.
• Prepare, negotiate, and analyze costs for tenders and contracts.
• Measure and value the work done on-site.
• Work alongside architects and engineers to provide cost advice on design developments.
• Prepare and manage running bills for construction projects to ensure continuous monitoring of expenditures and facilitate timely payments to contractors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to forecast project costs, prepare budget analysis, and manage procurement to optimize project expenditures.
• Develop and implement strategies for cost-saving without compromising on quality and project timelines, including sourcing alternative materials, and negotiating subcontractor contracts.
