• Job Overview:

We are forming a dedicated Electrical and Mechanical Machine Maintenance team consisting of 5 members for our facility in Bhilai, Durg, Chhattisgarh. The team will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of machines and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. The ideal candidates should have a background in mechanical and electrical maintenance with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of electrical and mechanical machinery to identify potential issues.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure machinery operates efficiently and meets safety and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repairs performed.

• Assist in the installation and setup of new machines and equipment, ensuring they meet operational standards.

• Implement preventive maintenance plans to prolong the lifespan of machines and reduce the risk of equipment failure.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.

• Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems, including maintenance and repair techniques.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
