Key Responsibilities:

• Test Scenarios & Cases: Construct and execute systematic test scenarios and cases based on customer user stories or requirements.
• Performance Assurance: Ensure new or revised components/systems meet expectations and standards, including usability, performance, reliability, or compatibility.
• Documentation & Reporting: Document test results, report defects, and facilitate process improvements based on lessons learned.
• Team Proficiency Development: Guide and develop the proficiency of other testers on the project.
• Requirements Management: Participate in, seek clarification, understand, and review requirements.
• Domain Relevance & Gap Analysis: Conduct gap analysis between requirement fitment and technology stack using technology/domain expertise.
• Reporting: Report test activities of a small team, including multiple testers.
• Estimation & Knowledge Management: Estimate time, effort, and resource dependence for work performed. Contribute to knowledge management.
• Test Design, Development & Execution: Identify testable scenarios, create test cases and data, execute tests, log and track defects, and update RTM.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage test activities in medium to large projects.
• Familiarity with ETL Testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge in SQL/PL SQL, join conditions, procedures, etc.
• Agile/Scrum experience. clinical domain knowledge is preferable.
• Proficiency in error handling without tools.

• Ability to identify and detail anomalies.
