Key Responsibilities: 

  • Financial Records Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for all business transactions.
  • Reporting: Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on a regular, scheduled basis.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax filings and returns in a timely manner.
  • Budgeting: Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for the organization.
  • Auditing: Coordinate with auditors to facilitate audits and ensure proper adherence to financial practices and techniques.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights to help with decision-making and financial planning.
  • Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
