We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cyber Security Compliance Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and inside sales within the cybersecurity compliance sector, focusing on frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation and Needs Analysis: Understand client needs related to cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Conduct assessments to determine vulnerabilities and the compliance status of the client’s current systems.
Solution Development and Customization: Develop tailored cybersecurity solutions that meet specific regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA,ISO 27001, SOC 2 etc. Customize offerings to address the unique threats and compliance needs of each client.
Sales and Business Development: Drive sales of cybersecurity products and services by demonstrating how they meet the critical compliance needs of potential clients. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Education and Advocacy: Educate clients and prospects on the importance of cybersecurity compliance through workshops, seminars, and presentations. Advocate for best practices and the adoption of new technologies and frameworks that enhance security and compliance.
Regulatory Updates and Training: Stay updated on changes in cybersecurity laws and regulations. Train and inform both the internal team and clients on relevant updates that impact their business and compliance strategies.
Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical teams to ensure that the solutions provided are feasible and align with the client’s IT infrastructure. Facilitate communication between technical staff and non-technical decision-makers.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed proposals and reports for clients outlining how specific cybersecurity solutions can meet compliance requirements. Document sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Skills:
Strong understanding of cybersecurity compliance standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proficient in software and sales tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or compliance are a plus. Benefits:
