Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. • Conduct regular financial audits and resolve discrepancies. • Process payroll and manage employee expense reports. • Support month-end and year-end close processes. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally). • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
