Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly Work Plan: Develop and implement detailed monthly work plans, including timelines, objectives, and resource allocation.
• Mobilisation of Resources: Oversee the mobilisation of materials, labor, and allied equipment to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Meeting Attendance: Attend weekly and monthly in-house and client meetings to discuss project progress, address concerns, and plan future activities.
• Work Execution Review: Regularly review daily work execution to ensure compliance with specifications, general conditions of contract (GCC), and special provisions and conditions (SPC).
• Cost Management: Implement cost-saving practices without compromising on quality and safety standards.
• Quality and Safety Review: Continuously monitor and review the quality and safety of work to ensure adherence to required standards.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Proficient in project management and resource planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Ability to review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards in construction.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in civil engineering.
