Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Contract Management:

• Study and understand the contract document.
• Review project synopsis to meet routine project requirements as per the plan.
• Study all drawings in consultation with contract provisions.

1. Planning and Execution:
   • Develop monthly work plans, including the mobilization of materials, labor, and allied equipment.
   • Review the monthly plan on a weekly and monthly basis against the master plan to ensure project goals are achieved.
   • Manage cash flow and assess the workability of the project.
   • Attend weekly and monthly meetings, both in-house and with the client.
   • Review daily work execution to ensure compliance with specifications, general conditions of contract (GCC), and specific conditions of contract (SPC).
2. Material and Labor Management:
   • Raise material procurement details in advance for upcoming months.
   • Reconcile and ensure proper utilization of materials.
   • Review labor bills and client bills on a monthly basis.
3. Shuttering Design:
   • Work out the design of shuttering in consultation with consultants as per contract.
   • Consider the availability of company materials and cost-saving practices in shuttering design.
4. Quality and Safety:
   • Provide guidance to staff and workers on good practices.
   • Review quality and safety standards to ensure compliance with required standards.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of contract management and project planning.
• Ability to review and interpret project drawings.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and processes.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
