Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Documentation:
   • Study and understand the contract documents thoroughly.
   • Review project synopsis as required by the project's routine requirements in line with the plan.
2. Project Planning and Execution:
   • Study all project drawings in consultation with the contract provisions.
   • Develop a monthly work plan, including the mobilization of materials, labor, and allied equipment.
   • Review the monthly plan weekly/monthly with respect to the master plan and project achievements.
   • Monitor cash flow and project workability.
3. Meetings and Coordination:
   • Attend weekly/monthly in-house and client meetings.
   • Review daily work execution to ensure adherence to requirements, such as SPC, GCC, and contract conditions.
4. Material and Resource Management:
   • Raise material procurement details in advance for the upcoming months.
   • Conduct reconciliation and ensure proper utilization of materials.
   • Review labor bills and client bills on a monthly basis.
5. Design and Cost Management:
   • Work out the design of shuttering in consultation with consultants as per contract.
   • Consider company material availability and cost-saving practices.
6. Guidance and Training:
   • Provide guidance to staff and workers on good practices.
   • Review quality and safety standards to ensure compliance.
