Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Engineer - MEP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the field and hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a BE in Mechanical Engineering. This role involves the design, implementation, and maintenance of MEP systems, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Planning:
   • Develop detailed MEP system designs for new construction projects.
   • Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
   • Ensure designs meet all safety standards, codes, and regulations.
2. Project Management:
   • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
   • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers.
   • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
3. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
   • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of MEP systems.
   • Diagnose and resolve any issues or malfunctions promptly.
   • Implement upgrades and modifications to improve system performance.
4. Compliance and Quality Control:
   • Ensure all MEP work complies with local building codes and regulations.
   • Maintain documentation and records of all MEP activities.
   • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure high standards of work.
5. Team Leadership and Development:
   • Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
   • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
   • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

  • Proficient in MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
