Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing Quality Procedures and Standards:
   • Create and implement quality procedures, standards, and specifications to ensure the highest level of quality in all projects.
2. Client Engagement:
   • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
   • Present project proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their expectations.
3. Process Matching and Standards Compliance:
   • Ensure all processes match the required standards and specifications.
   • Maintain and update quality management systems to adhere to industry standards.
4. Internal Audits and Inspections:
   • Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
   • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
5. Supplier Coordination:
   • Discuss and negotiate materials with suppliers to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
6. Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs):
   • Address and close client NCRs in a timely manner, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and effective.
7. Training and Development:
   • Provide training to staff on quality standards and procedures.
   • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the team.
