Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Developing Quality Procedures and Standards:
Create and implement quality procedures, standards, and specifications to ensure the highest level of quality in all projects.
Client Engagement:
Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
Present project proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their expectations.
Process Matching and Standards Compliance:
Ensure all processes match the required standards and specifications.
Maintain and update quality management systems to adhere to industry standards.
Internal Audits and Inspections:
Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Supplier Coordination:
Discuss and negotiate materials with suppliers to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs):
Address and close client NCRs in a timely manner, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and effective.
Training and Development:
Provide training to staff on quality standards and procedures.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the team.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of quality assurance and control principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
