Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of professional experience in the field and will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and optimizing engineering processes and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness within engineering processes.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and problem-solving related to mechanical and electrical systems.
• Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering projects.
