Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and met.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as a point of contact between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and update stakeholders on progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Resource Management:
  • Assist in identifying and allocating necessary resources for project execution.
  • Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as needed to meet project demands.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor risk factors and implement contingency plans as needed.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Budget Management:
  • Assist in developing and monitoring project budgets.
  • Track expenses and ensure projects remain within budget constraints.

• Skills:
