We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the purchasing activities of our company, ensuring that all purchases are cost-effective and delivered within the optimal time frames. This role requires a professional with a keen eye for detail, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in managing supply chains and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with the company's business goals.
• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
• Review and evaluate offers from suppliers and negotiate better prices.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with inventory team, management, and stockroom as required.
• Assess and evaluate suppliers and contribute to performance reviews.
• Ensure that products and supplies are high quality.
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure that the purchasing department stays within the budget.
• Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions.
