Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
•  Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to the sales manager.
•  Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and meet customer needs.
•  Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
•  Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and sales techniques.
