Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Captain to lead our service team in delivering exceptional hospitality. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing dining operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of the dining staff.
Greet guests and provide them with menus.
Take orders and ensure they are relayed accurately to the kitchen staff.
Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions.
Handle guest complaints and ensure resolution.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure the dining area is set up for service.
Train and mentor junior staff members.
